Getting paid on Astrobee is designed to be simple and transparent: you set up with an agreed rate, you consult, and you earn for the time you actually deliver. Here's exactly how it works.
Per-minute rates
Every astrologer consults at a per-minute rate agreed during onboarding, set separately for chat and call. Clients top up a prepaid wallet and spend from it as they consult. Because chat is lighter-touch, it's typically priced below call — you decide the positioning with our team.
You earn for delivered time
The core principle is earn-on-delivery. Billing runs per-second for the duration of a live consultation, so:
- The client is charged only for the minutes that actually happen.
- You are credited only for time you deliver.
- If a call drops early, neither side is charged for time that didn't occur.
This protects your reputation as much as the client's wallet. There are no padded sessions and no disputes over "the call didn't connect" — the ledger reflects real, delivered minutes.
Commission
Astrobee takes a percentage commission on what you earn, set per astrologer. Your earnings are recognised on each paid consultation, net of any refunds. There is no cost to join and no monthly fee — the platform only earns when you do, which keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
Payouts
Your delivered earnings accumulate as an available balance. From your dashboard you request a payout, which is settled to your verified UPI (or bank account as a fallback). A small processing fee may apply per payout, shown before you confirm.
Payout timing follows a simple request-and-approve flow, and settles to the account you verified during KYC. Full real-time payout rails switch on once our payments partner is enabled for your account.
