From hello to your first payout

Tell us your basics (name, city, phone, email), your specializations and the languages you read in. There's a short "why do you want to join" field, write a few honest lines, not a sales pitch.

We read every application by hand. Expect a reply within 5 working days, often sooner.

A 20-minute video call. We learn how you've been practising and how your readings typically flow. You ask anything, commission rate, payout cadence, content policy, anything.

No trick questions, no debate panels. Just a working conversation.

All online. Aadhaar via DigiLocker (we never store your full Aadhaar number). PAN via Razorpay's verification API. Bank account validated by a 1-rupee penny-drop.

Contract is a simple panel agreement, e-signed. No exclusivity clause, you can practise wherever else you want.

We send a sample order through, with mock customer details. You deliver in the platform's editor exactly as you would for a real client. We give one round of format/tone feedback together.

This isn't a gatekeeping test, it's making sure we both agree on what "good" looks like before paying customers see your work.

Real orders start flowing into your queue. Pick the ones you want; skip the rest. Each order has a 7-day SLA. Payout for each delivered reading releases on the schedule we agreed in the contract.

Dashboard shows pipeline, payouts in progress, and any client clarifications waiting on you.
