Common questions

Is this exclusive? Can I keep my own clients?

Absolutely. There's no exclusivity clause. Practise on your own, on other platforms, anywhere, we only ask that orders coming through our platform are completed through our platform (so we can pay you, handle disputes, and protect customer data).

What's the commission?

Commission is set per-astrologer at the time of joining, based on experience and the volume you can take. We tell you the exact number before you sign anything, and it's visible on every order so you always know what you'll earn.

When do I get paid?

Each delivered reading goes into a 3-day clearing hold (in case of refund disputes), then releases to your bank account on the next scheduled payout run. Typical end-to-end time from delivery to bank credit is 4–6 working days.

How many orders can I expect?

It depends on your specializations, languages and how quickly you respond. Most active astrologers see 3–10 orders per week within their first month, growing from there. We don't promise a number, anyone who does is lying.

What if I'm too busy one week?

Pause your queue from the dashboard. Existing orders still need to meet their SLA, but no new orders will be assigned to you while paused.

Do I need to be on video calls with customers?

No. Our format is structured written readings (PDF report delivered to the customer). We may add a voice-note add-on later, but it'll always be opt-in.

What languages do you support?

Today: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu. If you read in a language not listed, mention it in your application, we add languages based on astrologer + customer demand.

What about KYC? Are my documents safe?

Aadhaar is verified via DigiLocker, we never store your full Aadhaar number, only the verified name + reference. PAN is verified via Razorpay's API. Bank account is verified by a 1-rupee penny-drop. Documents are encrypted at rest.

Can I edit a delivered reading?

Yes, until the customer accepts it. After acceptance, edits go through a clarification thread, the same way a doctor would issue an addendum, not silently re-edit history.

Who handles refunds?

We do. If a refund is owed, we issue it from our side. If the refund is due to a quality issue with your reading, we'll let you know and discuss before any decision affects your payout.

I have a question that's not here.

Apply and ask on the brief call, or write to us at the email in the footer once you've applied. We don't have a public support inbox yet because the volume isn't there; instead we answer applicants by hand.
